Nutrition Club

CCN partners with our local schools, including all Mount Pleasant Public Schools, Beal City, Shepherd, Weidman and Renaissance Public-School Academy to provide just under 500 Kid Food Bags twice a month. The Greater Lansing Food Bank provides the free bags which contain nutritious items that the young students can prepare themselves to help with their food needs over the weekend.

In 2024 CCN distributed 7,918 Kid Food Bags or 47,304 pounds of food to local children.
